Terms

1. Products:

All of our toys are designed in Africa and sourced in India and China. We work closely with our makers, who are both small producers and who adhere to an ethical code of Business Practices. All of our toys have passed strict safety tests and meet the required international toy safety standards.(SA, UK and USA ) All our toys are safe for children over the age of 4 years. At the moment our dolls hair comes unbraided. We have done this because we believe children like to brush and braid the dolls hair themselves. It will be your choice to have it braided, once purchased. All of our dolls come dressed in a beautiful pink princess dress.

 2. Orders & Prices:

Prices displayed on our website are shown in Rand or US Dollars, including VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time. Postage and delivery will be charged in addition to the price of the products.

 3. Payments:

Local: For local payments we accept PayPal, PayFast or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

African International Orders: For African orders outside of South Africa we accept PayPal

International: For international payments we accept PayPal

 4. Postage, delivery and Shipping:

Please make sure that the address you enter, when ordering on our online ship is correct. ToyiToyi Toys cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered while ordering on our website.

5. Local Orders

We are happy to deliver to any major city within South Africa. Major Cities: Cape Town, Umtata, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth.

We make use of the services of the South African Post Office to send local orders.

It is an additional R80 per parcel. All items are sent via registered airmail and include a tracking number.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box and will need a physical address for all shipping within South Africa. The payment must be made before the order can be processed.

6. African International Orders

We are happy to deliver to any African country; we make use of the services of the South African Post Office to send international African orders. All items are sent via registered airmail and include a tracking number. This service takes approximately two to three weeks and will be delivered to your local post office. The cost for international African shipping is an additional $18 per parcel. All international African payments are made via PAYPAL. 7. International Orders

We are happy to deliver to any country; we make use of the services of the South African Post Office to send international orders. All items are sent via registered airmail and include a tracking number. This service takes approximately two to three weeks and will be delivered to your local post office. 8. Customs Duties:

Please note that the buyer will be responsible for any customs, tax or import charges that may occur.

9. Return Policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us on: +27 72 610 4418 and we will find a solution.
If you are unhappy with you item you may contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to offer you a store credit of the item. All items that are returned must be unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning items. Refund will not take place until after receiving returned items.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
